Returns & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be charged a $50 credit card processing fee. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a minimum of $50 or 25% of the order total, whichever is greater.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing Info@Seattle-Cedar.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligible Items
Items must be in their original condition - unused and undamaged - to be eligible for a return. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
How To Initiate a Return

We will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and next steps.

Due to the size and nature of our products, return logistics will be coordinated directly with our team. Do not ship items back without prior authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees will be determined at the time of the return request. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Info@Seattle-Cedar.com and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
